We are proud to offer international shipping services to over 35 countries worldwide. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
TheManEssens endeavors to get your order to you as soon as possible. Your order will be processed and dispatched within approximately 2-6 working days (Monday-Friday). However, in the event that there are any problems with your order we will contact you via email.
Due to high demand for online shopping, our couriers might experience delays to the arrival of packages.
Please allow extra time for your order to arrive with you as there are currently extra procedures in place which may cause delays in your local area.
Shipping Rates, Customs, and Fees
The shipping cost varies with each shipping destination and shipping method.
- Custom duties are included for most countries we ship to (i.e. USA, Canada, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, European Union, Israel, Oman, Turkey Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, Australia, and New Zealand), that means that there is no need to pay extra for your package upon arrival.
For all orders under $800 customs charges and taxes are included in case of the USA. Additional fees may apply for orders over $800.
- For orders to other countries be aware that extra costs (customs and taxes) may be charged in your country. Duties, taxes and other fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees might be due at the time of delivery and are non-refundable. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and TheManEssens will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees.If you wish to learn about potential fees that apply in your country, it is best to contact your local customs office.
By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Tracking information
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
