Order Cancellation

Standard in-stock orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Made-to-Order Cork Items Made-to-order items are sourced specifically for you and cannot be cancelled once the sourcing process has begun. If you need to cancel a made-to-order item, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, cancellation cannot be guaranteed and may not be possible.

Bamboo Apparel (Fulfilled by Spun Bamboo) Cancellations must be requested immediately after purchase, as most orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Cancellation is subject to supplier approval and cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
