Delivery Information
We are proud to offer international shipping services to over 35 countries worldwide. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you. Unfortunately, currently we are not able to process or ship orders in/to the USA.
TheManEssens endeavors to get your order to you as soon as possible. Your order will be processed and dispatched within approximately 2-6 working days (Monday-Friday). However, in the event that there are any problems with your order, we will contact you via email.
Due to the high demand for online shopping, our couriers might experience delays in the arrival of packages.
Please allow extra time for your order to arrive with you as there are currently extra procedures in place that may cause delays in your local area.
Shipping Rates, Customs, and Fees
We currently fulfill our orders from 2 different locations: our main Warehouse in Shenzhen and our partner's Warehouse in Europe where all our cork products are fulfilled.
The shipping cost varies with each shipping destination and shipping method.
Duties & Taxes
International Shipping: We ship to over 35 countries worldwide and handle customs documentation to ensure smooth delivery. In the vast majority of cases, our shipments clear customs without any additional charges to you.
However, please note that customs regulations vary by country, and in rare instances your local customs authority may assess import duties, VAT, or customs fees. If this occurs:
- Fees are determined by your country's customs authority
- Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery
- The recipient is responsible for these charges
- These fees are non-refundable
VAT Invoices: We are not VAT-registered in destination countries. For business purchases requiring VAT documentation, please consult your local tax advisor regarding import VAT procedures.

Tracking information
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number for orders (except for cork products sent with Standard Shipping). For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
