Refund policy
Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours.
For bamboo apparel orders fulfilled by Spun Bamboo, cancellations must be requested immediately after purchase, as most orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Cancellation is subject to supplier approval and cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Refunds โ Cork, Eyewear, Watches & Silk
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. All prices include duties and taxes โ there are no surprise charges at delivery.
Made-to-order items (cork wallets, belts, and bags)ย are custom-made upon order and are thereforeย final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items unless the product arrives faulty or damaged.
Ready-to-ship items (wooden watches, wooden sunglasses, and silk neckties)ย are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging. Returns are subject to aย 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
You may request a refund or reshipment if:
- You do not receive your order within the guaranteed delivery time (45 days, not including 2โ5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You receive a faulty or damaged item (contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos)
We do not issue refunds if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. an incorrect shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delays caused by natural disasters)
Duties and taxes are non-refundableย as they are included in the price paid at checkout.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after the guaranteed delivery period has expired. Contact us via the Contact page.
Refunds โ Bamboo Products (Fulfilled by Spun Bamboo)
Bamboo apparel orders (underwear, boxer shorts, briefs, socks, and sets) are fulfilled by our partner Spun Bamboo from Southern California. The following return and refund terms apply:
Returnable itemsย โ within 30 days of delivery, if the item is unused, unwashed, and in resellable condition, with original packaging intact and all tags attached.
Non-returnable itemsย โ the following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Underwear and boxer briefs (for hygiene reasons)
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom printed garments
Damaged itemsย โ if you receive a faulty or damaged bamboo product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a resolution.
Exchangesย โ size or variant exchanges are available for eligible items (excludes underwear and other non-returnable items listed above).
Return shippingย โ the customer is responsible for the return shipping label. Items should be sent to: Spun Bamboo Returns, 16918 S Hobart Blvd, Gardena, CA 90247.
Refundsย โ if approved, refunds are processed within 7โ14 working days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 1โ5 business days for your bank to process. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
